Most new project, APM is granted as a vendor, we have to front payroll on a net 30/45 payment schedule and having the investment in place will to, one creates a better-quality workforce, in attracting the best talent, and two, yield much higher profits in not having to pay interest on any funds borrowed to launch new projects.

Join Our Team
We are now hiring for part-time janitorial technicians.
Technician will be responsible for and having experience performing the following tasks:
- Commercial retail store cleaning
- Commercial office cleaning
- Commercial floor scrubbing and buffing
- Commercial Floor stripping and waxing
- Commercial pressure washing
- Commercial carpet cleaning
Skills:
- Must know how to operate a slow speed buffer
- Must know how to operate a high speed buffer
- Must know how to operate a carpet extractor
- Must know how to operate an auto-scrubber
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Part-time positions $15.00 to $18.00 per hr.
Cleaning Equipment:
- Floor buffer
- Floor waxer
- Floor stripper
- Floor burnisher
- Floor scrubber
Setting:
- Retail
- Office Building
Hours per week:
- 10-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
Work Location:
- Multiple locations
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
This Job Is:
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
- A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks)
- A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
